At Vyron Health, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. Our products are designed to help you feel better, recover faster, and take control of your daily wellness.
Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging materials included
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned outside the return window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Quality Returns
If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
For non-quality returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- The return must be approved before the item is shipped back
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product
- A short description of the problem
Once we review your request, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the issue:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Partial refund
- Resending missing parts or accessories
For electronic or wellness products, certain quality-related issues may be reviewed within 30 days of delivery, depending on the nature of the problem.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- Used wellness products
- Opened or used massage devices
- Products with signs of wear, misuse, or damage
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned after the return window
- Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accidental damage by the customer
5. Order Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to confirm the delivery status.
We may ask you to provide additional proof, such as:
- A written confirmation from the carrier
- A non-delivery statement from the local post office or shipping provider
- Any supporting documentation related to the missing delivery
Please note that if the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the correct address, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Vyron Health is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to:
- Wrong shipping address entered at checkout
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
- Customer not being available to receive the package
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to pick up the package from the carrier
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
7. How to Request a Return or Refund

8. Return Shipping
For approved returns, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Vyron Health is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
9. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, you may return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
11. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under this policy.
12. Final Sale Items
Certain promotional, clearance, or discounted items may be marked as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
